Therapy for Executives

You are an ambitious, hard-working professional who has pushed hard to get here. Professional success isn’t easy and requires so much sacrifice. I know I don’t need to tell you that. You live it. I bet without blinking you can think of parties, vacations, and dates that you cut short/didn’t go on because you had something huge going on at work. It’s a struggle, even if you love your team, organization, or what you do every day, but especially if you feel plagued by imposter syndrome. For those of who are still struggling with balance, but feel like you’re missing personal joy outside of work, I’m here to help.

I am passionate about working with high-achieving professional women in male-dominated spaces who need practical tools to be able to better prioritize not just work, but the other parts of life that bring joy, meaning, and satisfaction. Because of my own experience working at a national firm, I understand what it means to work long hours, office politics, and the constant grind.

I’m here to help you figure out how to find what balance means to you. If you’ve just gotten offered the project of a lifetime and are exhausted because you’ve been working without a break for months, we would collaborate to figure out how to meaningfully help you, keeping in line with your values and goals. All your goals, not just professional ones.

That’s where I come in. We would figure out how to deal with the dread of work on Monday, but also, and more importantly, how to prevent it. I offer clients structured sessions where we use your time efficiently to get the most out of your 50 minutes.

I assign homework to every client, every session, because it’s how you create meaningful change.

The time between sessions is key in helping you implement what we work on in session to start seeing progress faster. Homework is NOT: prefab handouts/extra reading/work. Instead, it’s the natural outgrowth of the session in which you have a clear next step on which to take action. It is individualized and tailored to you.

"The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor but without folly.”
