Telehealth Therapy for Lawyers in California, Washington, D.C., and Virginia

The Team

Meet the team that helps busy professionals untangle stress, perfectionism, and burnout through practical therapy in California that fits into real life, not around it.

Therapy That Works, From More Than One Chair

I’m excited that the practice has expanded to include two clinicians who share the same practical, grounded approach to therapy. While I continue to work primarily with attorneys, our team now supports the people connected to the attorneys I see, from their children to the next generation of high-achieving young adults finding their footing.

Diana works with the children and families of busy professionals, helping parents and kids navigate big emotions, early childhood challenges, and the everyday tension between connection and independence. Allison works with college-aged and emerging professionals who are learning how to manage perfectionism, anxiety, and self-pressure before burnout takes hold.

Together, we support the full picture. The attorneys navigating high-pressure careers. The families working toward steadier ground at home. The young adults building healthier patterns for the future.

Diana Gutierrez, LCSW#101114

Therapist for Children & Families

I work with the kids of powerhouse parents. The ones who thrive in courtrooms, boardrooms, and demanding careers, yet feel outmatched by big emotions at home. I specialize in early childhood and parent-child relationships, supporting families as they navigate behavior challenges, emotional regulation, and the day-to-day chaos of family life.

My approach centers on strengthening connection through play, structure, and real-time parent coaching. Together, we help children build emotional awareness and resilience while creating more calm and consistency at home. Parents know their children best. My role is to support the whole family with tools that work in real life, not just in theory.

Working alongside Yael Eiserike, LCSW, allows me to support the children and families of the high-achieving professionals she works with, helping the entire system feel more grounded.

Best fit for:
Young children, parents navigating early childhood stress, and families seeking more calm, connection, and confidence at home.

Allison Zeen, AMFT#138449

Therapist for High-Achieving Professionals with OCD & Anxiety
Supervised by Yael Eiserike, LCSW#75053

You are competent, driven, and outwardly successful. You manage complex decisions, high stakes, and constant responsibility. From the outside, it looks like you have everything handled. Internally, your mind will not stop. You replay conversations. You question your judgment. You scan for mistakes. You seek reassurance and then doubt it. You analyze, research, and mentally review until you feel temporary relief, only for the anxiety to return.

The problem is not your capability. It is that OCD and anxiety have attached themselves to the very qualities that make you high-performing.

I specialize in working with high-achieving adults whose obsessive thoughts often hide behind productivity, perfectionism, and responsibility. This can look like relationship doubt that will not quiet down, moral scrupulosity, health anxiety, contamination fears, or relentless decision paralysis. Together, we target the compulsive cycles directly.

Using Exposure and Response Prevention, CBT, and ACT, we work at the root. That means reducing rumination, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, and mental checking rather than endlessly analyzing the content of your thoughts. The goal is not to eliminate ambition or lower your standards. It is to help you tolerate uncertainty, trust your judgment, and succeed without living in a constant state of mental threat.

This work is structured, steady, and depth-oriented. It is a good fit for professionals who are ready to engage fully, practice exposures between sessions, and fundamentally change their relationship to intrusive thoughts. Not just manage anxiety, but reclaim mental freedom.

Best fit for:
High-achieving professionals in demanding fields who struggle with OCD, anxiety, or perfectionism and are ready for focused, evidence-based treatment that creates lasting change.
